This policy outlines refund eligibility for courses purchased through EduSooner.
Digital Course Access
Because EduSooner provides immediate access to digital training materials, refunds may be limited.
Refund eligibility depends on the following conditions.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered when:
- A course cannot be accessed due to technical issues
- The course was purchased accidentally and has not been accessed
- The course provider approves the refund
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not issued if:
- Course content has already been accessed
- Course progress has been recorded
- Certificates have been issued
- The request occurs after 7 days of purchase
Organizational Purchases
When courses are purchased by an organization for employees:
- Refunds are typically not available once enrollment has occurred
- Course seats may be reassigned at the organization’s discretion
