EduSooner reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies or misuse the service.

Reasons for Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions
• Unauthorized sharing of course materials
• Attempting to bypass platform security
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of company-managed accounts
• Uploading malicious software or harmful content
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Intellectual property violations

Organizational Account Violations

If an organization account repeatedly violates platform policies, EduSooner may:

• Restrict company manager permissions
• Suspend organization access
• Terminate the organization account

Affected employees may lose access to assigned courses and training records.

Immediate Suspension

In situations involving security risks or illegal activity, EduSooner may suspend accounts immediately without prior notice.

Appeals

Users or organizations who believe their account was suspended in error may contact EduSooner support to request a review.

Requests should include:

• Account information
• Description of the issue
• Any relevant supporting information

Data After Termination

After account termination:

• Platform access will be revoked
• Course access may be removed
• Training records may no longer be accessible

Organizations should export any training records prior to account termination when possible.
